1. Acceptance

By using aimmort(al), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

aimmort(al) allows users to create AI-powered avatars based on their likeness, personality, and memories. These avatars can be accessed by others through a shareable link for real-time video conversations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may only create avatars of yourself
• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you provide
• You must not use the service for harassment, impersonation, or illegal purposes
• You consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy

4. Plans & Billing

Free: 1 avatar, 60 minutes/month. Pro: ₹499/month, 5 avatars, 600 minutes, voice cloning, recording. Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel anytime.

5. Content Moderation

We do not automatically filter conversations. Callers can flag sessions for review. We reserve the right to suspend avatars or accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to process your data solely for providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI avatars are simulations. We make no guarantee that avatar responses will be accurate, appropriate, or representative of the real person. Use at your own discretion.
