1. Data We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email, password hash
• Avatar Data: Photos, personality descriptions, memories
• Call Data: Caller name, relation, duration, conversation metadata
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session information

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed to: provide the AI avatar service, personalize avatar conversations, enforce usage limits, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Consent

Under the DPDP Act, we collect your informed, free, and specific consent during registration. You may withdraw consent at any time through Settings → Data & Privacy.

4. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

• Right to Access: Request a summary of your personal data
• Right to Correction: Update/correct your data via Settings
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data and account
• Right to Grievance Redressal: Contact our Data Protection Officer
• Right to Nominate: Nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf

5. Data Security

We use encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication (bcrypt hashing), and access controls.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while active. Upon deletion, data is erased within 30 days. Call metadata is retained for 90 days for dispute resolution.
